I know that taking that first step can be difficult. I offer a free 20min online consultation so that we can meet and see if I am a good match for you.

Then, in your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I often use Dialectical Behavioural Therapy in my practice. With DBT we'll explore ways to help you identify and manage your emotions. During these initial sessions we will build a relationship and develop trust before moving on to exploring deeper issues.
